MAKING YOUR IMMIGRATION GOALS A REALITY THROUGH PERSONALIZED, PROFESSIONAL, INTEGRATED SERVICE.
LMIA applications are our specialty A labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may require prior to hiring a foreign national. A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the position. It will also show that no Canadian worker or permanent resident is available to do the job. A positive LMIA is also referred to as a "valid" job offer or a confirmation letter. If an employer needs an LMIA, they must apply for one. This is where we can help with our LMIA services. Submitting an LMIA application is a very involved process. We will work with you to ensure that the most comprehensive application is submitted and that you are kept informed every step of the way with the goal of achieving a positive result.
LMIA FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY WITH OR WITHOUT A WORK PERMIT
This is one of our most used services, which allows employers to support foreign workers in their goal of permanent residency by providing foreign workers with a valid job offer or valid job offer with the potential to apply for a work permit. The points gained through the valid job offer, combined with the points gained for obtaining Canadian work experience are very valuable to candidates seeking express entry.
GLOBAL TALENT STREAM

HIGH/LOW WAGE, MISC LMIA AND LMIA EXEMPTIONS
This LMIA is completed to obtain permission to hire a foreign worker in a high or low wage position where it is clear that there is a labour shortage. Sometimes your situation falls outside of the box. In this situation, we will look at options for immigration that are LMIA exempt. Please book an appointment with us to arrange a consultation to discuss your specific needs.
